Submission Guidelines for ICCT 2026
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
All papers submitted to the International Conference on Convergent Technologies 2026 (ICCT 2026) must adhere to the following guidelines to be considered for review and publication in the conference proceedings, which will be published by Springer in their Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) series (indexed in Scopus).
1. Paper Types and Length
- Full Papers: 12–15 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
- Short Papers: 8–10 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
Note: The page limit is strict. Submissions exceeding the page limit will be rejected without review.
2. Template and Formatting
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official Springer LNNS LaTeX or Microsoft Word template.
- Download the template here: Springer – Proceedings Guidelines for Authors
- Key Formatting Rules : Paper size must be A4.
- Use single-column format for submission and review.
- All text must be in Times New Roman or a similar serif font.
- Maintain the Springer formatting style for titles, author names, affiliations, abstracts, headings, and references.
3. Originality and Publication Policy
- Submissions must represent original, unpublished work that is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Simultaneous submission to other conferences or journals is strictly prohibited.
- All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using iThenticate or similar tools. Papers with significant overlap with existing publications will be desk-rejected.
4. Author Anonymity (Blind Review)
ICCT 2026 uses a double-blind review process. Submitted manuscripts must be anonymized.
To ensure anonymity, please:
- Do not include author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments in the manuscript.
- Avoid citing your own work in an identifiable way (e.g., “In our previous work [X]…”).
- Instead, use third-person references (e.g., “As shown in [X]…”).
Important: Author and affiliation information will be collected separately in the online submission system and will only be visible to the conference chairs, not to reviewers.
5. Submission Process
- Prepare your manuscript as a PDF file following the guidelines above.
- Submit your paper via the official conference submission system:
- Submission System:

- Reviews will assess: originality, technical soundness, clarity, relevance, and significance to the conference themes.
- The final decision (Accept/Reject/Revise) will be communicated to the corresponding author by the notification date.
