To be included in the ICCT 2026 Conference Proceedings and considered for publication in the Springer/Scopus digital library, at least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference. Moreover, every accepted paper must be presented at the conference by an author, unless the TPC Chairs approve a substitute presenter in advance—provided that the substitute is qualified to deliver the presentation and respond to questions.
